Shipping

 

All our items are handmade, which means we do not keep every product in stock.

We aim to ship your order within one week. In most cases, your items will be dispatched within 1–2 business days. All orders are shipped with PostNL and include a Track & Trace link, which you will receive as soon as your order has been shipped.

Please note that we cannot be held responsible for delays that occur once your package has left our studio and has been handed over to the carrier. If you have any doubts or need an accurate shipping estimate, feel free to contact us before placing your order.

Pickup in Amsterdam is also possible by appointment.
